off topic: driving direction on Copacabana beach boulevard

There seems to be an advanced reservation in place starting at
10:00, but apparently with an additional Rio policy. Because at
10:00 nothing happens. At 10:05 still nothing has happened and the
alien light photons start trying to figure out the algorithm.
Suddenly at 10:08 an RSVP packet with siren and flashing lights
comes along and the packets start flowing in the opposite direction.
And the system has nicely been transformed from a Tx/Tx transmission
system to a Tx/Rx system.
