Change of GLIF Secretariat team

Dear colleagues participating in GLIF activities,

This message is to inform all of you of a change in the team of TERENA 
Secretariat staff members who provide the secretariat functions for GLIF.

On June 1st, Kevin Meynell has handed over his tasks as secretary of the GLIF 
Working Group on Technical Issues to Catalin Meirosu. Catalin
has a lot of experience in fields relevant to GLIF and his current work in the 
TERENA Secretariat covers a number of related areas (see
http://www.terena.org/about/people/meiro%C5%9Fu.html).

For the rest, the composition of the GLIF Secretariat team remains the same: 
Licia Florio is the secretary of the Control Plane Working Group, Karel Vietsch 
is the secretary of the Governance Working Group, and in the background members 
of TERENA's IT support and public relations staff are helping out with the 
website and the publications.

By the way, I would like to remind you that the next annual GLIF meeting, also 
known as the 7th Annual Global LambdaGrid Workshop, will take place in Prague 
(Czech Republic) on 17-18 September 2007, hosted by CESNET. Logistic 
arrangements are being made, a meeting website is under development and 
registration will open by mid June.
